Head Bar Tender

Head Chef
Our Head Chef needs to be a culinary specialists with a minimum of 4 years of experience. With experience in Southern Cuisine and a passion for bringing out that Caribbean Twist in dishes. Some management experience is required and takes pride in your trade craft! Submit your application below.

Sous Chef
Supports the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and plays a key role in maintaining food quality, consistency, and safety. With at least 1 year experience in an equivalent position. This position helps lead the kitchen team, assists with menu execution, ensures prep and service standards are met, and steps into a leadership role whenever the Executive Chef is unavailable.

Bartender
Our Bartenders are the life of the venue, and the front facing smile that our customers see. Mixing Classic Cocktails, Island Favorites, and providing exceptionally high quality customers service while paying attention to the details makes a perfect team member. Submit your application below.

Restaurant & Bar Manager
An established leader with more then 5 years experience in hospitality management, working between the Owners and Staff, ensuring exceptional Guest experiences. Responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations at The Crow’s Nest. This role leads and supports the staff, maintains operational standards, and helps drive the culture and hospitality vision of the venue. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to create a positive, professional, and energetic environment.
