Captain Watts
Capt'n Watts is a retired US Navy veteran, who is "retiring" from the professional corporate world to charter our vessel Outlaw King, enjoy his wife, kids, and return to the ocean lifestyle.
Having served the people of the United States for over 20 years from combat in Kosovo and Iraq in the late 1990's, through 9/11, the Global War on Terror, supporting Iraq and Afghanistan operations. He has launched aircraft off the flight decks of USS Roosevelt CVN-71 and USS Enterprise CVN-65 while traveling over half the world. He has deployed to the Middle East on numerous occasions hunting opposition forces and supporting US Navy Central Command operations in the Persian Gulf. He's deployed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba while ensuring his sailors and the Joint Task Force Commanders were well taken care of and informed of the threat environments we worked in. He has spent years supporting our nations Combatant Commanders and Headquarters decision makers across numerous operational mission sets.
Having worked at NASA on the International Space Station, flown satellites as a command and control operator, and worked in some of our nations most secretive facilities with defense contractors. Bryant stepped out of government service in 2022, and then finally in 2025 to move down to St. Thomas with his wife and family. Doing an early "working retirement" on the island we've fallen in love with numerous times.
A surfer, rancher, horseman, qualified SCUBA diver (working on Rescue and Master Diver in 2026), FAA rated pilot, and USCG Captain he brings extensive experience. Trained in rescue operations, significant weapons training, critical and emergency military planning operations, he is also a life long artist, writer and (slowly working) on learning how to play guitar.
His "working retirement" will keep him from annoying his wife as he takes command of Outlaw King soaking in island time and life with this guests, family and friends ....

Finishing up his high school in St. Thomas is opening a lot of experiences for him as he wants to travel the world, work in marina's and become a Charter Captain one day. A certified SCUBA Diver he is also working on his Rescue Diver and Master Diver. A welder, ranch kid, star basketball player and avid sports player he is always active. Whether he's smoking fools in a video game, or getting triple-doubles in basketball ... Lukas is apart of the charter crew as his job after school.
