Terms & Pickup
Redemption Window
First-pour benefit valid Opening Month only (one per visit, carded; 21+).
Discount does not stack with happy hour or other promos.
Pickup Only
Steins are pickup at the bar (no shipping). We’ll notify you when they’re ready.
If you can’t attend opening, we’ll hold your stein till you show up to retrieve, order confirmation REQUIRED.
Founders Launch Party opening night ticket required. You can pick it up anytime otherwise.
Quantity & Variants
Limited run. Minor glaze or print variation is normal in handcrafted production.
Damage/Replacement
If your stein arrives damaged at pickup, we’ll replace from set-aside stock. After pickup, breakage is on the owner. One paid replacement may be offered if inventory allows.
Transfers & Refunds
All sales final. You may gift/transfer the stein before pickup by emailing us the recipient’s name.
If opening dates shift, your pickup and first-pour window shift with it.
