Terms & Specifications (plain English)
Inscription
One line, up to 22 characters including spaces & punctuation (no emojis).
Allowed: first/last name, nickname, couple’s line (e.g., “Sam & Liv”), vessel name, or short phrase.
Content standards: no hate, harassment, explicit or political content. Final approval at our discretion.
 
Installation & Reveal
Names from each phase install in waves ahead of opening or during the first month.
If inspections or schedules shift, your inscription remains guaranteed; we’ll reschedule the reveal events.
 
Permanence & Maintenance
Intended to be permanent for the life of the wall. If a panel is ever replaced, all existing names will be replicated at our cost.
Lighting color may be adjusted for ambience; your name remains clearly legible.
 
Transfer & Gifting
You may gift your slot before proof approval. After approval, changes are limited to spelling/case.
 
Refunds
All sales final. If we relocate or significantly redesign the wall, your inscription will be reproduced or Moved in the new installation.
 
Events
Founders’ Night space is limited; RSVP required. Additional guest passes may be offered based on capacity.
 
Publicity
By participating, you grant us permission to photograph/video the wall for marketing (website/social). If you prefer initials only, tell us during proofing.
 
Governing
Operated by The Crow’s Nest, LLC (USVI). Local regulations apply.
