Validity
Active for one (1) year from our official opening date.
Physical or digital card must be presented at time of purchase.
 
Discount
10% off house cocktails only.
Limit one (1) discounted cocktail per cardholder per visit.
Not valid on shots, beer/wine, top-shelf customs, packages, or already-discounted items.
Cannot be combined with other promos or happy hour.
 
Priority Entry
Line-skip/priority entry is capacity-dependent and not guaranteed during private events or when we’re at legal occupancy.
Door staff has sole discretion for safety and compliance.
 
Events
Founders’ Night and member events may require RSVP; space is limited.

Transfer & Use
Card is non-transferable and must be used by the named cardholder (ID may be requested).
Misuse (sharing, resale, disorderly conduct) can result in revocation without refund.
 
Blackouts
Major holidays & special events (e.g., Dec 20–Jan 5, Carnival days) may have blackout restrictions for priority entry and benefits.
 
Lost/Replacement
Replacement card fee: $15. First replacement only; subsequent replacements at management discretion.
We can convert to a digital card upon request.
 
Refunds
All sales final. If opening timelines shift, card activates on the new opening date and retains full Year-1 value.
 
Privacy
By purchasing, you agree to receive Crew Card emails/SMS (event invites, updates). You can opt out anytime; transactional notices still apply.
 
Code of Conduct
We’re a community bar. Respect staff, guests, and the space. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or policy violations.
 
Governing
Operated by The Crow’s Nest, LLC (USVI). Local laws and regulations apply.
